Registration for the CSANZ New Zealand Annual Scientific Meeting 2018 is open. Please find all registration information listed below. 


Full Registration

All amounts are listed in New Zealand dollars and include GST Standard Fee

Non-Member Full Registration  $1050
Affiliate* Member/ Retired & Life Member Full Registration  $650
Affiliate* Non Member Full Registration $750
Trainee Member Full Registration  $650
Trainee Non- Member Full Registration  $750

 *Affiliates are nurses, technicians, medical students and other persons with an interest in cardiovascular medicine or surgery or research in these or allied subjects.

Delegates registering at the student rate must be full-time students enrolled at a tertiary institution. Students must submit a letter from their supervisor defining their student status and include a copy of their current student card when registering for the Meeting. Supporting documentation is to be emailed to the Meeting Managers at nzcs@tcc.co.nz.

Day Registration fees include

  • Attendance at all Meeting sessions for the day you have registered

  • Morning and afternoon tea

  • Lunch

  • Entry to the exhibition

Confirmation

Please click here to register. Confirmation of your registration and a tax invoice will be sent upon completion of your registration and successful payment.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. If you cancel your registration prior to 23 May 2018  you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$75. Cancellations made after that date are non-refundable.

Registration is a prerequisite for publication of abstracts in the final program.
