Synopsis: International guidelines now recommend starting the four pillars of ARNI, BB, MRA and SGLT2i early for heart failure and rapidly up titrating them within four weeks. Professor Andrew Sindone through his experience and the literature, will discuss the practicalities of this approach and how this may be achievable in clinical practice. Synopsis: Professor Strange will share some of his recent research demonstrating the use of an artificial intelligence diagnostic tool—EchoSolv—in identifying patients with moderate-to-severe aortic stenosis. The AI algorithm could potentially be used in clinical practice to identify patients who may be at high risk of aortic stenosis and should undergo further investigations to determine if they qualify for aortic valve replacement.
