*** A Junior Researcher will be a masters or PhD student who does not have a salaried position and has limited access to CME funds.

Delegates registering at the student rate must be full-time students enrolled at a tertiary institution. Students must submit a letter from their supervisor defining their student status and include a copy of their current student card when registering for the Meeting. Supporting documentation is to be emailed to the Meeting Managers at nzcs@theconferencecompany.com

Cancellation Policy
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. Please notify The Conference Company of the replacement delegate's name and contact details. If you cancel your registration prior to 11 May 2023 you will receive a refund less a cancellation fee of NZD$150. Cancellations made after that date are non-refundable.
